Personal Information

I have been associated with the Real Estate business since 2001 as an agent, and progressed to manager of 25 agents.  I was born in Brockton and just recently, I built a new home here.  I am a life-long resident of Brockton which gives me a personal perspective of the Real Estate market in the area.

I've designed and implemented several advertising campaigns to attract both buyers and sellers of single and multi-family homes, condominiums and undeveloped land. Completely proficient with client presentation, competitive market analysis generation, and the complete set up and execution of home sales procedures, I oversee everything from home inspections and P&S agreements, to closings and problem resolution.  I work closely with bank representatives to determine the best type of mortgage to meet the client’s need.  And I've completed several successful REO transactions over the years and have completed several hundred BPOs for various companies.
